Refund Policy

Returns 
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any products unless there are defects (see below). If you received the wrong product (Tea, Shirt Size, # of products, etc.) You MUST submit a photo of the packaging, what is missing from your order, or how it should be changed, and include your order number. 

Return claims cannot be made outside of our 5-day window from delivery.

Defects (if applicable) 
If there is a defect in the product/packaging, please do not consume and immediately email us at contact@zephyrascup.com with a description and photo of the issue. AT OUR DISCRETION, we will replace any defective products/bags, and ask you to dispose of the bags in discussion once we confirm there is an issue.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for consumable products. 

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
